About the position:

The Director, Brand & Awareness is a strategic, creative, and digitally savvy marketing leader responsible for elevating Velosio’s brand presence and driving top‑of‑funnel awareness across all channels. This hybrid role requires a strong blend of digital marketing expertise, content strategy, and visual brand proficiency to ensure our story is communicated consistently, compellingly, and with measurable impact.

In this role, the Director will own brand positioning, oversee our digital and web ecosystem, and lead the development of high‑quality content and design assets that fuel integrated campaigns, demand generation efforts, and executive thought leadership. They will also ensure brand governance, creative excellence, and continuous optimization of the experiences and assets that shape market perception.

This leader will manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team—including a Content Manager, Website Manager, Digital Specialist, and Graphic Designer—providing direction that aligns creative and digital execution with business objectives. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands‑on capability, thrives in a fast‑moving environment, and brings a passion for building a modern, differentiated B2B SaaS brand.

Preference for hybrid in Atlanta, GA (2–3 days per week in office)

Your day might look like:

Brand & Awareness Leadership

  • Develop and evolve Velosio’s brand positioning, messaging architecture, and visual identity to ensure a differentiated and consistent presence across all touchpoints.
  • Oversee creation of top‑of‑funnel content and storytelling assets—including thought leadership, industry narratives, case studies, and creative brand campaigns.
  • Ensure brand standards are upheld across the website, campaigns, collateral, sales tools, and internal communications.
  • Monitor competitive messaging, market trends, buyer behavior, and sentiment data to inform brand strategy and awareness initiatives.
  • Lead integrated brand and awareness campaigns across digital, partner, and event channels to expand reach, strengthen reputation, and increase share of voice.
  • Partner with internal leaders to translate complex solutions into compelling, digestible narratives aligned to personas and industries.
  • Serve as the brand steward and project manager throughout the website refresh project, ensuring messaging, visuals, and UX reflect and strengthen Velosio’s brand identity.

Digital Strategy

  • Own the digital marketing roadmap, including web strategy, SEO, SEM, paid media, social media, and emerging digital opportunities.
  • Lead content planning for paid ads and social channels, ensuring alignment with integrated campaign calendars and brand themes.
  • Partner with Campaign Managers to build and optimize always‑on acquisition programs, retargeting paths, and persona‑specific digital journeys.
  • Ensure digital strategies directly support both awareness and pipeline‑building goals across mid‑market and enterprise segments.
  • Champion data‑driven digital decision‑making, balancing creativity with performance insights.

Optimization & Analytics

  • Lead conversion optimization, A/B testing, and continuous improvement initiatives across website pages, landing pages, ads, and digital paths.
  • Own GA4, Google Tag Manager, UTM governance, and digital analytics dashboards to ensure accurate attribution and performance visibility.
  • Analyze channel performance, audience behavior, and funnel metrics to identify opportunities for efficiency and scale.
  • Optimize digital budgets, targeting segments, and channel mix based on real‑time insights and ROI performance.
  • Translate insights into clear recommendations for creative, content, and web experience enhancements.

Team Leadership

  • Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team including a Content Manager, Website Manager, Digital Marketing Specialist, and Graphic Designer.
  • Provide coaching, clear priorities, and growth opportunities to ensure high‑quality output and strong team performance.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, HR, Product/Practice Leads, and Marketing Ops on digital, brand, EVP, and strategic initiatives.
