As a Consulting Manager – Property & Casualty Insurance, you will make an impact by helping insurance clients address complex business and technology challenges across underwriting, claims, policy administration, and operations. Working as part of a project‑based consulting team, you will analyze client needs, support requirements definition, and help design solutions that drive transformation. You will be a valued member of Cognizant Consulting’s Insurance practice, collaborating with clients and cross‑functional teams to deliver measurable results.

• Analyze Property & Casualty insurance business and technology challenges
  , translating client needs into actionable consulting insights
• Lead and support requirements analysis and business process definition for insurance transformation initiatives
• Apply Cognizant consulting methodologies to help design and implement strategic and technology‑enabled solutions
• Contribute insurance domain expertise to large, multi‑tower transformation programs
  , collaborating across horizontals and verticals
• Build strong client relationships through clear communication, status reporting, and proactive issue resolution

We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring at least three days per week in a client or Cognizant office in Atlanta, Charlotte, NJ or NYC

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Property & Casualty insurance domain
  ; consulting experience preferred
• Strong ability to understand business needs and assess impacts to complex insurance operations and systems
• Experience working in cross‑cultural and distributed teams
  , with flexibility to support multiple time zones when required
• Willingness to travel up to 20% as required by client engagements

• Experience working in Agile / Scrum delivery environments
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a creative, solution‑oriented mindset
• Comfort operating in ambiguous and evolving environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project)

The annual salary for this position ranges from $81,450 to $129,500
, depending on experience and qualifications. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
