As a Sr. Consulting Manager – Property & Casualty Insurance, you will make an impact by leading insurance clients through complex business and technology transformation initiatives. You will work with project‑based consulting teams to analyze client challenges, drive requirements and solution design, and deliver large‑scale programs. You will be a valued member of Cognizant Consulting’s Insurance practice, collaborating across service lines and industry verticals while serving as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders.

• Lead analysis of Property & Casualty insurance business and technology challenges
  , shaping innovative consulting solutions
• Drive requirements definition and solution design for enterprise‑scale insurance transformation initiatives
• Apply Cognizant consulting methodologies to deliver strategic and technology‑enabled outcomes
• Provide subject‑matter leadership on P&C core system transformations
  , including platforms such as Guidewire and Duck Creek
  , across multi‑tower engagements
• Own client communication and delivery governance
  , including status reporting, risk management, and priority alignment

We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring at least three days per week in a client or Cognizant office in Atlanta, Charlotte, NJ or NYC.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• 10+ years of experience in the Property & Casualty insurance domain
  ; consulting experience preferred
• Proven experience leading large P&C core system transformation programs
  , including Guidewire and/or Duck Creek
• Strong ability to assess business needs and impacts across complex insurance operations and systems
• Willingness to travel as required by client engagements

• Experience delivering programs in Agile / Scrum environments
• Strong analytical, strategic, and problem‑solving capabilities
• Ability to lead and collaborate within cross‑cultural, global teams
• Executive‑level communication and stakeholder‑management skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project)

The annual salary for this position ranges from $134,500 to $158,500
, depending on experience and qualifications. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
