Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid – 2–3 days in office)

About the RoleCitrine Innovations is seeking a motivated Scrum Master to help guide Agile delivery teams in building high-impact technology and data solutions. In this role, you will facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove delivery roadblocks, and enable cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products efficiently.
This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with engineering, product, and data teams in a fast-paced environment focused on innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Serve as the Agile coach and servant leader for development teams
- Remove impediments and proactively resolve blockers impacting team productivity
- Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to maintain and prioritize the product backlog
- Track sprint progress, velocity, and delivery metrics to improve team performance
- Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement across teams
- Ensure transparency through JIRA, Confluence, or other Agile project management tools
- Foster strong communication between engineering, product, and business teams
- Support release planning and coordination across multiple teams when necessary
- Drive accountability and help teams maintain focus on sprint commitments
- 3–4 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and iterative development frameworks
- Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and managing sprint execution
- Proficiency with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure Dev Ops, or similar
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with software engineering or data teams
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification
- Experience working in data, analytics, or cloud-based environments
- Exposure to Dev Ops or modern software development practices
