Job Summary
The Associate Director - Infrastructure Controls is responsible for leading and managing large-scale project controls functions and utility controls across campus facilities. This role ensures infrastructure systems operate efficiently, reliably, and sustainably, with a strong emphasis on energy conservation, occupant comfort, and safety. The Associate Director leads a team of engineers and technicians, serving as the primary liaison between Infrastructure and key departments, including but not limited to Planning, Design & Construction, Engineering, Information Technology, Environmental Health & Safety, and the Office of Sustainability.
This position plays a vital role in enhancing the university's infrastructure performance and advancing its sustainability goals. Assist in setting employee performance goals, contribute to performance evaluations, provide developmental feedback, and support compensation recommendations in alignment with departmental objectives.
