Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Agile Scrum Master / Program Manager / Project Manager to lead and manage complex, cross-functional initiatives that drive business transformation and product innovation. This role combines Agile coaching and Scrum Master responsibilities with program and project management oversight to ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of leading large-scale Agile programs, fostering collaboration across teams, and driving execution excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as Scrum Master for one or more high-performing Agile teams.
- Guide teams in Agile principles, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, and promote continuous improvement.
- Identify and resolve team-level impediments while ensuring the team remains focused and productive.
- Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and customer-centric delivery.
- Manage multiple, concurrent initiatives with varying levels of complexity, scope, and stakeholder engagement.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and success metrics.
- Track and report project and program performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Product Owners, Business Leads, Engineering, QA, and other stakeholders to align priorities, resources, and objectives.
- Serve as the main point of contact for senior leadership, providing clear, concise updates on progress, risks, and dependencies.
- Communicate complex technical and business concepts to diverse audiences.
- Proactively identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement change control processes.
- Drive decision-making and issue resolution across teams and stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment with organizational strategies and compliance with governance processes.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 8+ years of project and/or program management experience in Agile environments.
- 5+ years as a dedicated Scrum Master or Agile coach.
- Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional enterprise initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, etc.) and traditional project management frameworks (PMP/PMI preferred).
- Demonstrated success managing budgets, roadmaps, resource allocation, and executive reporting.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, MS Project, Azure Dev Ops, or Rally.
Certifications (Preferred or Required):
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM)

- Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership capabilities
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity in fast-paced environments
- Influences without authority; leads with empathy and accountability
