Hardware Engineer, IT Support
Our client, a leading Healthcare & Life Sciences provider, is seeking an IT Hardware Asset Analyst to join their team. This position is located in Atlanta, Georgia or Minneapolis, Minnesota. It is a hybrid role at our client’s Atlanta, GA location, with an additional office in Minneapolis, MN (both locations available). You will manage a hardware refresh project which includes moving from a 6-year lifecycle to an 80,000+ device refresh with a 48-month lease cycle.
Responsibilities- Manage hardware lifecycle coordination
- Keep orders flowing smoothly from vendors
- Be actively in asset management system, not actually handling the devices
- Communicate with internal teams, end users, and vendors
- Perform forecasting / coordinating / refreshing inventory to meet goals
- Work with the procurement team to coordinate POs as needed
- 3+ years experience
- Service Now
- PC/Hardware refresh and supply chain/asset management background
- Comfortable with hardware lifecycle coordination
- Employee Stock Ownership Plan
- 401K offered
The approximate pay range for this position is between $80,000 - $95,000
. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
