Position: Project Manager (Grants)

The Opportunity

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of multiple SaaS implementation projects at Euna Solutions. This multifaceted role requires a strategic and analytical thinker who can manage several projects simultaneously while also engaging in detailed project analysis and process improvement. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of agile, waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies, and the ability to apply these approaches effectively to meet client and organizational goals.

As a central liaison among stakeholders, internal departments, and external customers, the Project Manager works closely with cross‑functional teams, including Implementation, Customer Success, Product, Technical Solutions, and Sales to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities include managing schedules, resources, budgets, risks, and issues, all while adhering to established control guidelines throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Additionally, the Project Manager contributes to process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing project delivery and customer satisfaction, models and tracks operational metrics, and manages internal work requests. Experience in SaaS implementations, grants management, and/or public sector projects is preferred, as this background enables the Project Manager to help customers streamline processes and achieve effective solutions.

What You'll Do
  • Lead and manage the full lifecycle of multiple SaaS implementation projects, from initiation to completion.
  • Build and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams throughout the implementation process.
  • Facilitate project status sessions, resource assignment, and support Statement of Work (SOW) reviews.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and challenges.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Implementation, Customer Success, Technical Solutions, Sales, and Product teams.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure clear, timely communication with all stakeholders.
  • Support process improvement initiatives and contribute to internal projects.
  • Track and report on operational metrics and project performance.
  • Manage internal work requests as needed.
Who You Are
  • Bachelor’s degree in project management, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of project management or implementation experience, preferably in SaaS or public sector environments.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast‑paced setting.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Confluence, Cloud Coach).
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Preferred
  • Experience with government grants, public sector projects, or SaaS implementations.
  • Solutions-focused with a proactive problem‑solving mindset.
  • Collaborative team player who values feedback and continuous improvement.
  • Driven to exceed goals and deliver high‑quality results.
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and committed to supporting evolving business needs.
  • Interest in pursuing professional certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile, Six Sigma).
  • Comfortable using AI productivity tools (e.g., Claude, Microsoft Copilot) to support documentation, status reporting, and day‑to‑day project management workflows, with an understanding of responsible and discerning use.
  • Disciplined approach to time tracking and reporting, including the ability to write clear, detailed time entry notes tailored for both internal review and client-facing use.
Location

This position will be hybrid with 3 days/week in our Atlanta, GA office.
