About the role:

Lead end-to‑end life cycle planning and high‑quality delivery of fraud‑related platform capabilities, enhancements, and modernization initiatives across the FIS portfolio.

As a Fraud Technical Product Manager, you will define and drive a product roadmap that supports enterprise fraud strategy which will require balancing market needs, architectural evolution, risk mitigation, clients' fraud management requirements, and broader portfolio objectives. You will work closely with technology development, architecture, and domain leaders to prioritize enhancements, evaluate technical complexity, and align resources to the highest‑value outcomes.

This role requires deep understanding of fraud operations, technical architecture, data flows, detection strategies, and integration patterns across a modernized financial ecosystem.

About the team:

The Technical Product group partners closely with portfolio management, engineering teams, agile coaches, and architects to accelerate delivery while ensuring security, resilience, and fraud risk effectiveness. The team prioritizes high‑quality execution, modern engineering principles, and customer‑centered design.

What you will be doing:
  • Provide domain leadership across fraud product capabilities
, ensuring engineering teams receive clear, technically sound requirements, acceptance criteria, and architectural context.
  • Collaborate with architecture teams to drive modernization of fraud platforms—including cloud adoption, event‑driven patterns, scoring orchestration, API ecosystems, and data stream integrations.
  • Support execution across multiple Value Streams representing the fraud domain, enabling the shortest sustainable lead time while maintaining quality, resilience, and compliance.
  • Support end‑to‑end value stream alignment, coordinating with Lead Coaches, Architects, and Portfolio Management to maintain alignment to strategic objectives, domain OKRs, and multiyear modernization roadmaps.
  • Evaluate enhancement requests for strategic, technical, and operational value which will require balancing customer needs, fraud risk impact, and architectural evolution.
  • Support product direction, fraud insights, and industry thought leadership at webinars, conferences, and partner forums.
  • Engage with clients for business reviews, discovery sessions, and roadmap discussions to ensure alignment between client needs, fraud risk trends, and platform capability.
What you will need:
  • 15+ years in fintech product management, fraud technology, risk platforms, or adjacent areas; minimum 5 years in a leadership or people‑management role.
  • Proven track record delivering complex, highly technical fraud platform or financial risk initiatives, ideally within large, distributed architectures.
  • Strong grounding in fraud operations, detection strategies, scoring models, AI/ML‑driven risk signals, rules engines, transaction flows, or similar.
  • Demonstrated experience driving technical transformation.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and analytical skills, with ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity for engineering teams.
  • Proven ability to lead under pressure and deliver on large programs with cross‑functional teams.
  • Comfort interacting with executive‑level clients and presenting complex technical concepts in an accessible way.
  • Strong ability to translate client fraud management needs into actionable product and technical requirements.
What we offer you:
  • A meaningful voice in the future of fraud technology strategy.
  • Continuous learning, skill building, and career development.
  • A highly collaborative, supportive work environment.
  • Opportunities to contribute to important community and industry initiatives.
  • Competitive compensation and benefits.
