Tired of BD? My client has the reqs, we just need the "Search Machine." I’m looking for a high‑octane Executive Recruiter (IT & Engineering) to join my client’s Direct Hire team in Dunwoody. The Reality:
Most "new roles" come with a cold desk. This one doesn't. You’ll step into a deep pipeline of active searches on Day 1.
- Hybrid: 2 days in Dunwoody / 3 days remote.
- Support:
Hands‑on leadership (zero micro‑management). - Money:
Competitive base + tiered commissions. - Perks:

- Experience:
Proven track record in permanent placement, direct hire, or executive search. - Domain expertise:
Strong familiarity with the IT and engineering sectors is highly preferred. - Education:
