Job Summary
Lead the design, implementation, and management of SDWAN solutions using Cisco Viptela technology to ensure optimal network performance and reliability.
Job DescriptionArchitect and deploy scalable SDWAN solutions leveraging Cisco Viptela within enterprise environments. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align network architectures with business objectives. Monitor network performance and troubleshoot complex SDWAN issues to maintain high availability. Drive continuous improvements in network efficiency and operational cost reduction. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in SDWAN and Cisco SDN network administration.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards for network design and operations. Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering knowledge sharing and skill development.
- Lead end‑to‑end lifecycle management of Cisco Viptela SDWAN solutions, including configuration, monitoring and optimization.
- Perform root‑cause analysis and resolve complex network incidents affecting SDWAN connectivity and performance.
- Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to coordinate timely network issue resolutions and upgrades.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive network documentation such as diagrams, configurations and SOPs.
- Participate in capacity planning, network assessments and risk management activities.
- Ensure strict adherence to SLAs and maintain high customer satisfaction through proactive network management.
