Atlanta, GA or Raleigh, NC or Charlotte, NC (Onsite from Day
1)
Job Type: Contract
Required Skills- 9 to 12 years of experience as a technical business analyst.
- Technical BA with experience in open systems like Java, .net and cloud.
- Banking knowledge across commercial and retail.
- Communication, ability to work in Agile teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders like engineering, QA to understand their needs and gather detailed business requirements.
- A ability to talk technically and also on the process side that meet business needs and objectives.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
- Develop and document business process models to illustrate current and future states.
- Strong communication along with project updates to stakeholders and executives.
- Create detailed documentation of business and technical requirements, processes, and solutions.
- Participate in release management, testing and validating new systems and processes to meet business requirements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts.
