We are currently seeking a Banking Application Support Analyst to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia (US-GA), United States (US).

OverviewWe are seeking an Application Support Engineer to provide end‑to‑end support for critical banking applications and payment gateway systems. This role focuses on ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability of production systems while collaborating with global teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Provide L2/L3 support for business‑critical applications and payment systems
- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability using observability tools
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents across SQL, Linux, and Windows environments
- Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures
- Manage incidents, service requests, and changes via Service Now
- Support deployments, releases, and production validations
- Collaborate with cross‑functional and global teams for issue resolution
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders on incident status and resolutions
- 3+ years in Application/Product Support roles
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience with SQL (querying, troubleshooting)
- 3+ years of experience in Linux and/or Windows environments
- 1+ year of experience with monitoring/observability tools
- 1+ year of experience with AWS, GCP and other cloud technologies (cloud fundamentals, troubleshooting)
- 2+ years of experience using Service Now, or similar ITSM tools
- Experience supporting payment gateway or banking applications
- Familiarity with incident management and SLA‑driven environments
- Exposure to scripting (Shell/Python) for automation
- Understanding of distributed systems and APIs
The starting pay range for this hybrid role is $91,040-$113,800. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position in the Atlanta area. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
