Application Analyst

ANTICIPATED DURATION:
From 06/15/2026 to 12/31/2026 Responsibilities

• Support COOL Compliance, an access management application within a complex enterprise environment
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to application workflows, integrations, and data flows
• Diagnose complex problems independently analyzing logs and system behavior
• Trace issues across APIs, workflows, identity systems, and dependent platforms
• Implement configuration updates, data fixes, or escalations with engineering‑ready problem statements
• Analyze and troubleshoot issues across integrated systems and interfaces
• Support release and change activities to ensure smooth deployment and minimal disruption
• Validate fixes and enhancements through targeted testing and UAT coordination
• Develop and maintain troubleshooting runbooks, diagnostic guides, and SOPs
• Share practical troubleshooting techniques to improve team capability
• Provide updates on issue status, root cause, and resolution timelines
• Translate technical findings into business‑relevant impacts and risks

• 3+ years in application support, technical analyst, or systems support roles supporting business‑critical applications
• Demonstrated experience troubleshooting integrated applications in a production environment
• Strong experience with log analysis, debugging, analyzing system behavior, and SQL for data analysis and issue resolution

• Working knowledge of Identity & Access Management (IAM) concepts:
  Authentication / Authorization, Role‑based access (RBAC), Provisioning workflows, and Audit and compliance controls
• Experience troubleshooting APIs and integration issues
• Basic scripting or automation skills (e.g., Power Shell, Python) preferred
• Ability to work through ambiguity and diagnose issues without complete documentation
• Strong communication skills, including explaining technical issues and providing structured, actionable updates
• Experience working within ITSM frameworks (Incident, Problem, Change) and familiarity with tools such as Service Now, Jira
• Proven ability to break down complex issues into clear technical root causes and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $45.00 to $59.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
