• 3 or more years of experience utilizing enterprise project management methodologies to deliver large-scale technology initiatives.
• Proficiency in leveraging Asana for comprehensive task tracking and cross-functional project scheduling.
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools including Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint for advanced executive reporting.
• Experience with tracking critical project metrics through structured RAID logs and specialized reporting platforms.
• Experience in orchestrating end-to-end project life cycles spanning requirements gathering, testing, and system deployments.
• Experience with formal project management frameworks such as PMP or CAPM to guarantee successful software deliveries.
• Excellent communication skills to align technical teams, facilitate design sessions, and manage executive expectations.

• Direct and integrate complex cross-functional IT tasks to guarantee the timely delivery of overarching technology initiatives.
• Administer continuous project tracking by maintaining precise resource forecasts and updating enterprise status reporting tools.
• Document critical project scopes, high-level business requirements, and overarching system design specifications.
• Execute comprehensive risk mitigation strategies by actively managing enterprise RAID logs and issue escalation workflows.
• Orchestrate seamless application roll-out schedules encompassing rigorous software testing and comprehensive end-user training.
• Facilitate cross-functional project meetings, distribute detailed minutes, and systematically track subsequent action items.
• Generate concise retrospective reports and executive communication materials to continuously manage stakeholder expectations.
