Qualifications

• Strong experience in Service Now Development and Administration
• CMDB design and management
• Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, third-party tools)
• Knowledge of Service Now platform capabilities and best practices

• Proven leadership experience managing technical teams
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes
• Ability to drive design decisions and architecture discussions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Familiarity with sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management
• Lead and manage a team of Service Now developers and administrators
• Act as the technical and functional point of contact for Service Now platform initiatives
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into scalable solutions
• Drive end-to-end Service Now implementations and enhancements
• Ensure adherence to best practices, governance, and platform standards

• Design, configure, and develop solutions on the Service Now platform
• Administer Service Now instances, including user management, roles, and workflows
• Work on core modules such as:
• Maintain system health, performance, and data integrity

• Understand and improve ITIL-based processes
• Design and maintain CMDB structure, relationships, and data quality
• Support discovery, service mapping, and data governance initiatives
• Work closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to refine backlog and prioritize work
• Guide the team in Agile best practices and ensure timely delivery

• Work closely with business and IT teams to understand process requirements
• Provide recommendations for process optimization and automation
• Ensure alignment with organizational goals and compliance standards
