User Experience Designer

5+ years' experience in a client-facing, UX Designer or Information Architect role

5+ years' experience planning and facilitating user research and usability tests needed

Bachelor's degree in Design / HCI / Related Field, or equivalent real-world experience

3+ years' experience in one or more of the following: common design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.), prototyping tools (InVision, Axure, etc.), and collaboration tools (Abstract, Sharepoint, etc.)

• Online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating solid experience designing responsive web and mobile applications
• Basic understanding of UX best practices across User Experience Design, Information Architecture, Content Strategy, User Interface Design
• Familiarity with deliverables such as user research analysis, use cases and scenarios, flows, detailed designs, annotations, and design systems
• The ability to sketch and generate big-picture ideas for early-stage UX work
• Experience with activities such as user research, identifying user needs, developing design concepts, design thinking, and development support
• Experience creating highly detailed annotated wireframes, user flows, and process flows within consumer applications
• Ability to produce intuitive, user-centered designs across multiple channels and devices
• Ability to partner closely with developers, QA and product managers to rapidly iterate on designs based on user feedback and technical constraints
• Ability to deliver against several initiatives simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong time management skills and the ability to be self-directed when needed
• Strong client (presentation) communication skills and the ability to present and sell ideas to various audiences (technical and non-technical)
