Key Responsibilities
- Perform system administration tasks, including system configurations, maintenance, upgrades, and performance monitoring.
- Develop and maintain Service Now workflows, integrations, approvals, and notifications to meet business requirements.
- Configure and manage user groups, roles, and licensing within the Service Now platform.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and process owners across various departments to gather requirements and ensure optimal system functionalities.
- Provide technical guidance, support, documentation and training to end-users to enhance their understanding and utilization of Service Now.
- Ensure the highest levels of system security, reliability, and availability.
- Own and lead support activities, including any necessary effort to resolution.
- Continuously evaluate and implement new features and functionalities to improve service delivery quality.
- Minimal, but occasional travel may be required for team meetings and professional development opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with Service Now, including System Administrator and Development/Implementation roles.
- Experience in Service Now Administrator, aligned with ITOM and CMDB integrations, especially with the following modules: CSM, ITSM, ITOM, Employee Center, Mobile Agent.
- Strong expertise in developing and managing workflows, approvals, and notifications within Service Now.
- Showcase experience with Service Now Patch Upgrades and Instance Cloning.
- Proficient in configuring and managing groups, roles, and licensing in Service Now.
- Certified and current on Service Now’s System Administrator (CSA).
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and process owners across departments.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in the legal industry is a plus.
- Strong Administrator experience preferred.
- Additional Service Now certification(s) – e.g., Professional Application Developer, etc.
- Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Angular
JS. - Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Experience with Windows Server and Linux platforms.
- Familiarity with server virtualization technologies and containerization.
- Solid understanding of networking, security, and database management.
- Understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate closely as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
