Support a high-volume vulnerability management initiative (~1M records/week), ensuring data accuracy and driving improvements across systems and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities- Validate and analyze large-scale vulnerability data
- Improve database quality, reporting, and data reliability
- Translate business needs into system requirements & specifications
- Support system design, testing, and implementation
- Identify data gaps, inconsistencies, and improvement areas
- Create documentation (process flows, specs, training material)
- Work independently while coordinating with stakeholders
- 2+ years in Business Analysis / Project support
- Strong data analysis skills (large datasets, databases)
- Good technical understanding (security/vulnerability data preferred)
- Experience with requirements gathering & documentation
- Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio/UML
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently
- Degree in CS, MIS, Business, or similar
- Scripting / data structures knowledge
- Experience in security or financial services
- Working toward CBAP
