Position Summary
The position will serve as an experienced member of the technical support team and will provide all aspects of client support to meet the needs of our associates. This will include support and device management for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers & multifunction copiers, phones, and other peripheral equipment. This person will be a primary contact for support at our Mercedes‑Benz Stadium offices and will also work with the support team to provide assistance at our other locations.
The role requires a high‑energy individual who is passionate about this field and can be a self‑starter, taking initiative in planning, implementing, and troubleshooting the client support environment within the Blank Family of Businesses. The role supports a secure computing environment across the enterprise and may require carrying a cell phone to respond quickly to critical assistance requests (24×7). Occasional events, selected weekends/evenings, and occasional travel to other metro Atlanta offices may be required.
- Support planning, implementation, and troubleshooting of the computing environment within the Blank Family of Businesses, including PCs, mobile devices, services, printers, telecommunications, and audiovisual systems.
- Act as the primary contact for assistance with desktops/laptops, hardware, software, telephone, printer, and AV equipment.
- Assist with client support at Mercedes‑Benz Stadium offices and other locations.
- Ensure a secure computing environment across the enterprise.
- Experience in technical support and device management for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, multifunction copiers, phones, and peripheral equipment.
- High‑energy, self‑starter with a passion for the field.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in planning, implementing, and troubleshooting support environments.
- Willingness to carry a cell phone and respond promptly to critical assistance requests (24×7).
- Availability to work occasional events, selected weekends/evenings, and occasional travel to metro Atlanta offices.
- Ability to commute to other metro Atlanta offices as needed.
