Field Engineer - Onsite

10 is currently seeking a Field Engineer for an onsite position with a Major US Airline located in Atlanta, GA. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

This role is responsible for the onsite deployment and support of PC hardware and software. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills for Windows 10/11 workstations, peripherals, and standard applications like Office 365. This position requires a SIDA badge for airport access.

• Strong troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software
• Experience with Windows 10/11 workstations and peripheral knowledge
• Basic network, server, and application knowledge (Office 365, Outlook, etc.)
• Experience deploying PC Hardware
• Ability to update asset management systems
• Must be able to obtain a SIDA badge
