Content Data Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Content Data Specialist to support digital merchandising content operations for a large-scale online retail environment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of product content and associated data across multiple digital platforms.

You’ll work at the intersection of content, data, and eCommerce operations—helping ensure that product information, imagery, and metadata are properly maintained, validated, and published in alignment with internal standards. • Enter, update, and maintain product content, including descriptions, specifications, images, and metadata across internal systems and CMS platforms
• Ensure consistency and standardization of content across multiple channels and tools
• Format content to meet established brand, merchandising, and system guidelines

• Review and validate content for accuracy, completeness, grammar, and formatting
• Identify and resolve discrepancies, inconsistencies, and data gaps
• Perform regular audits to ensure data integrity and remove outdated or duplicate entries

• Support end-to-end content publishing workflows within CMS and related platforms
• Coordinate updates and ensure timely execution of content changes
