Database Administrator

As a Database Administrator you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the databases of our company in Atlanta. Your main goal will be to ensure the security, availability and performance of our databases. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting any database-related issues and implementing solutions to improve efficiency.

• Design and maintain database structures for optimal performance
• Monitor database systems to ensure data integrity and availability
• Perform regular backups and disaster recovery procedures
• Troubleshoot database problems and implement solutions in a timely manner
• Develop and implement security measures to protect sensitive data
• Collaborate with other IT team members to optimize system performance
• Keep up-to-date with latest database technologies and trends
• Train employees on proper use of databases

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Proven work experience as a Database Administrator or similar role
• Strong knowledge of database management systems Oracle SQL Server
• Proficient in SQL language for writing complex queries and stored procedures
• Experience with database design, backup recovery, security and performance tuning
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Strong communication skills

• Salary $1400 per month
