Desktop Support Technician Position Overview
The Desktop Support Technician will be part of a team responsible for supporting workstations running on Windows 10 and higher platforms in a 24x7 operating environment.
ResponsibilitiesHandle all Tier 1 and some Tier 2 issues.
Qualifications- Associate Degree or 2 years’ experience in desktop support.
- Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Experience with cloud technologies.
- Experience building and deploying PCs.
- Experience working with a Service Now ticketing system.
- Previous experience troubleshooting issues with applications.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues within O365 and other apps.
- Solid understanding of Azure AD.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot VPN issues.
- Basic networking experience.
- Provides management of domain accounts and group permissions.
