The Senior Analyst, IT Governance supports enterprise technology governance across compliance, risk management, and architecture standards. This role partners with Cybersecurity, Legal, and People & Culture to ensure technology solutions align with security controls, regulatory requirements, and procurement guidelines. The position also contributes to cost optimization, application portfolio efficiency, and enterprise risk reduction.
What You'll DoSupport enterprise technology review to ensure technology initiatives align with enterprise standards and strategy.
Review IT solution designs for compliance with security, legal, and procurement requirements.
Collaborate with Cybersecurity, Legal, and People & Culture on contracts, sensitive data handling, and resilience planning.
Maintain enterprise architecture documentation and ensure alignment with approved standards and frameworks.
Monitor and report on governance metrics related to compliance, risk posture, and cost optimization.
Lead application rationalization efforts to reduce redundancy and improve technology efficiency.
Identify and assess enterprise IT risks and support mitigation strategies.
Assist with vendor governance, including third-party risk reviews and contract compliance.
Support internal and external audits through documentation and evidence collection.
Continuously improve governance processes to reduce complexity and increase effectiveness.
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
5–8 years of experience in IT governance, risk, compliance, or enterprise architecture
Master's degree
8–10 years
Certifications such as CISA, ITIL, PMP
