- Support labor standard setup, maintenance, validation, and alignment with operational processes.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, technical teams, integration teams, QA teams, and client stakeholders to ensure end-to-end solution alignment.
- Review and validate configuration changes to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to implementation standards.
- Support integration discussions involving WMS, LMS, ERP, timekeeping, workforce management, reporting, and external systems.
- Create and maintain documentation, including configuration specifications, labor rules, process flows, test scenarios, business requirements, and design artifacts.
- Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, defect triage, go-live readiness, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Identify risks, configuration gaps, labor process inefficiencies, and opportunities for operational improvement.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and project team members.
- Act as a key point of contact for MALM configuration-related decisions, risks, escalations, and solution recommendations.
- Support hypercare and continuous improvement initiatives after deployment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
