"I am looking for Technical PM / Agilists. They need to understand both worlds (traditional PM and Agile) and know how to and when to pivot based on the team needs and the work requirements. All of them have appeared nervous and/or gotten stuck on some of the basics. The selected Project Manager will be competent and comfortable as a leader.
I look for "T-shaped" individuals who are not simply following a process because it's what they've read or heard, but that they understand why something is or is not the correct approach."
