Information Technology Architects design and oversee the architecture of information technology systems to ensure alignment with business goals and technological standards. They define system structures, integration points, and technology frameworks to support scalability, security, and efficiency.

• Design, develop, and implement IT system architectures, frameworks, and solutions to meet business requirements.
• Define system design principles, standards, and best practices to guide development and deployment.
• Evaluate system technologies, tools, and platforms to recommend optimal designs and implementations.
• Conduct system assessments, architecture reviews, and performance tuning to optimize performance.
• Lead design workshops, technical discussions, and architectural decisions with development teams.
• Establish system governance, compliance, and security measures to ensure integrity and quality.
• Mentor, coach, and train developers, engineers, and architects on architecture principles.
• Stay informed about architecture trends, emerging technologies, and industry standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, project managers, and IT teams to align architecture with business objectives.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience. Advanced certifications may be preferred or required.
• Six or more years of relevant experience.
• 2 years of experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), including host pool and workspace configuration, session host deployment and scaling, FSLogix profile management, Azure Premium File Share and Net App integration, and Azure Active Directory (AAD), Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Key Vault.

• Technical leadership skills.
• Experience with Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) design and implementation, Citrix App and Workstation, Citrix Cloud, VMware vSphere ESXi, image management, and GPU workloads.
• Infrastructure as Code skills (ARM templates, Bicep, Terraform, Ansible).
• Networking fundamentals (firewalls, SSL offload, TCP/IP), storage (SAN/NAS) in EUC environments.
• End-to-end delivery of enterprise projects;
  Citrix certifications (CCP-V, CCE-V, CCA-V).
• Experience in secure, compliance-heavy environments (government, healthcare).
• Xen Server host/pool management, patching, migrations; load balancing;
  Group and Citrix Policy;
  Active Directory.
• The two mandatory skills are Citrix App and Workstation and Azure Virtual Desktop.

Budget $100,000
