Role OverviewFactspan Inc is seeking a seasoned Program Manager – Enterprise Identity Resolution & Customer 360 Transformation to lead large-scale enterprise modernization programs focused on Customer Identity Resolution (IDR), CDP transformation, enterprise customer data migration, and Customer 360 enablement.

This role requires strong leadership across enterprise governance, delivery execution, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and large-scale coordination across business and technology organizations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead enterprise-scale IDR and Customer 360 transformation programs
- Drive multi-year enterprise migration initiatives involving customer identity modernization
- Manage end-to-end delivery across Identity Resolution, Data Foundation, Martech, Analytics, and Consumer work streams
- Build integrated program plans covering discovery, architecture, engineering, validation, cutover, and hypercare
- Drive enterprise-wide coordination for migration from legacy identity ecosystems to modern CDP platforms
- Lead governance for deterministic and probabilistic identity graph implementations
- Coordinate customer identity graph validation, tuning, and certification activities
- Manage dependencies across customer profile stitching, identity rules, customer linkage, and downstream integrations
- Ensure alignment between enterprise data architecture, customer data governance, and Martech platforms
- Drive customer identity quality, validation, and bias measurement governance
- Partner with enterprise architecture, Martech, Data Engineering, Analytics, Product, and other teams
- Lead executive steering committees, PMO reviews, dependency governance, and delivery reviews
- Serve as single point of accountability for enterprise delivery alignment
- Coordinate across onsite, offshore, vendor, and platform teams including CDP vendors and system integrators
- Manage enterprise delivery risks, dependency blockers, and cutover readiness
- Lead migration planning, consumer onboarding, and rollout governance
- Ensure structured validation, UAT coordination, production readiness, and hypercare execution
- Align delivery milestones with retail business calendars, campaign cycles, and peak season readiness
- Drive executive reporting, milestone tracking, dependency dashboards, and risk registers
- Partner with PMO and Finance teams for budgeting, forecasts, and vendor governance
- Manage large-scale program financials, delivery forecasts, and resource planning for $10M+ programs
- 12+ years of enterprise program management experience
- Proven experience managing $10M+ enterprise transformation programs
- Strong experience leading multi-pod, multi-vendor delivery organizations
- Expertise in enterprise governance, PMO management, and executive communication
- Strong experience with enterprise Identity Resolution (IDR) programs
- Experience implementing large-scale Customer 360 solutions
- Deep understanding of deterministic and probabilistic identity graphs
- Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDP)
- Retail or e-commerce enterprise experience
- Understanding of customer engagement ecosystems and Martech platforms
- Familiarity with personalization, customer analytics, loyalty, and omnichannel customer journeys
- Experience supporting customer data migrations and enterprise customer platforms
- Strong understanding of customer identity graphs
- Data foundations
- Batch and event-driven architectures
- Customer profile ingestion and stitching
- Familiarity with executive presence and strong stakeholder management skills
- High ownership mindset with structured execution discipline
- Ability to manage ambiguity and drive alignment across large organizations
- Strong escalation management and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication across business and technical leadership
- Experience with Acxiom sunset or enterprise identity modernization initiatives
- Experience working with enterprise retail customer ecosystems
- Exposure to AI-driven customer intelligence or customer analytics modernization
- Experience managing enterprise-scale platform consolidation programs
