Growing and stable company has an immediate need for a Service Desk Specialist to focus on Office
365 support, sw/hw support, and more. In this role, you will join a growing company with a reputation for long-tenured, happy employees! This role is onsite 4 days a week (5 days a week for the first 4-5 months) the schedule is 8am and 5pm.
- IT and SOFTWARE support for WORD DOCS and PDFs. Redacting, modifying documents, etc.
- Installing, updating and repairing hardware and software as needed.
- Great customer service and relationship skills. Ability to handle moderate to high call volume each day.
- Strong Tier 1 and Tier 2 experience
- Strong experience w MS Word and Adobe PDF manipulations, redacting/deleting pages, etc.
- 4+ years’ IT support experience overall.
- Pass Drug and Background Check.
- Personal vehicle to go in the office 4-5 days a week.
