• 2–5 years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master
• Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or XP
• Experience working within Agile scaling frameworks (preferably SAFe)
• Strong facilitation, collaboration, and impediment removal skills
• Experience managing Agile ceremonies and delivery metrics
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Must reside within commuting distance of Atlanta, GA

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews
• Support quarterly and release planning activities
• Coach teams toward Agile maturity and self-organization
• Remove blockers and coordinate cross-team dependencies
• Partner closely with Product Owners, leadership, and stakeholders
• Promote transparency through Agile metrics and continuous improvement practices
• Foster a culture of collaboration, trust, accountability, and psychological safety

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Information Technology or related field
• Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) preferred
• Experience supporting distributed teams in virtual collaboration environments such as Microsoft Teams
