SharePoint Power BI Analyst (Atlanta, GA)

We are seeking a highly analytical Business Analyst to support operational contracting within the procurement department. This role focuses on mastering, managing, and optimizing our existing procurement infrastructure. The BA will leverage M365 systems to maintain high-efficiency tools and processes, transforming raw data into actionable insights for strategic sourcing.

• Own, maintain, and maximize the efficiency of existing procurement tools.
• Analyze procurement data to identify trends and support strategic sourcing.
• Refine existing workflows using M365 systems to increase productivity.
• Manage analytical projects from start to finish with minimal supervision.

• Candidates must be available to work onsite 1–2 days per week at the GDOT office.

• Strong analytical skills with critical thinking and advanced data‑driven problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven ability to quickly learn, adapt to, and manage unfamiliar software systems.
• Intermediate knowledge of SharePoint, Excel, and the Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, or Power Automate).
• Self‑motivated mindset with a proven track record of working independently.

• Microsoft certification in SharePoint or the Power Platform.
• Background in procurement or supply chain operations is a plus, but not required.
