• Lead and manage large-scale enterprise technology projects from initiation to completion
• Define product and technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
• Plan project scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables effectively
• Facilitate Agile processes, including sprint planning, backlog management, and milestones
• Manage stakeholders across business and technical teams to ensure alignment
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies throughout project life cycles
• Maintain project documentation and provide progress updates to stakeholders

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum of seven to ten years of experience in technical project or program management
• Strong experience in Agile methodologies such as Scrum or SAFe frameworks
• Expertise in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
• Strong analytical skills in business analysis, system analysis, and requirements gathering
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, SQL, Excel, Tableau, and Visio
• Experience working on complex integration and development projects
• Knowledge of AWS Step Functions or Camunda is advantageous
