Content Specialist

Kforce has a client in Atlanta, GA that is seeking a Content Specialist who will support digital content operations. In this assignment, the Content Specialist will help ensure that content, product data, and related assets are accurate, organized, and consistently maintained across internal systems.

Duties:

* Maintain and update content, product information, and metadata across systems

* Validate data accuracy and ensure alignment with established standards

* Support content publishing workflows within CMS and related platforms

* Content Uploading - Enter, update, and format text, images, metadata, and product information within CMS or database tools

* Quality Assurance - Review content for accuracy, completeness, grammar, and formatting consistency

* Data Maintenance - Regularly audit and clean data to ensure accuracy and remove outdated or duplicate entries

* Reporting & Tracking - Document completed tasks, track content changes, and report issues or inconsistencies
* Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) experience

* Organizational skills

* Communication skills

* Knowledge of Mirakl and Project Management Software (Asana, Zendesk, Jira)
