* TEKsystems' client is seeking a fulltime IAM Engineer to assist with a migration from SAP IDM to Entra resource should be strongest in Entra / Azure AD with previous identity platform migration experience. Familiarity with SAP IDM is a bonus. The IAM Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the company's IAM solutions to ensure the security and integrity of systems and data.
Top Skills:
- 7+ years of IAM platform experience such as Microsoft Entra (Azure AD), SailPoint, Okta, SAP CIS or similar tools.
- Authentication and authorization concepts - SSO, MFA, RBAC, ABAC, OAuth2, SAML, OIDC.
- Identity lifecycle management - provisioning, deprovisioning, access reviews, and workflow automation.
- IGA (Identity Governance) experience - Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) processes.
Leverage the capabilities of CONA IAM technology platform(s) and reinforce its benefits.
Customize Microsoft Entra and other IAM tools to serve a community of twelve unique businesses better and faster with different onboarding processes.
Provide subject matter expertise, assistance, recommendations, and hands-on support to all Azure Entra projects.
Design and oversee the deployment of new integrations with Microsoft Entra.
What makes you a good fit?
7-10 years of professional and hands-on experience with major IAM platforms such as Microsoft Entra (Azure AD), Entra External (Azure AD B2C), SailPoint, Okta, SAP CIS or similar enterprise tools.
Strong understanding of authentication and authorization concepts - SSO, MFA, RBAC, ABAC, OAuth2, SAML, OIDC.
Experience with identity lifecycle management, including provisioning, deprovisioning, access reviews, and workflow automation.
Experience integrating SaaS applications and APIs with IAM platforms.
Basic understanding of Zero Trust principles and security best practices.
Proven ability to operate effectively in a multi-organization, multi-directory environment.

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), post-graduate degree in related IT field encouraged.

The pay range for this position is $125000.00 - $145000.00/yr.
