The Role- Managing full life cycle implementations of SAP S/4
HANA in area of Extended Warehouse Management. - Evaluation of business requirements, identification of relevant SAP capabilities and best practices.
- Planning, preparation and execution of Fit-Gap / Fit-to-Standard Workshops.
- Solution Design & Adoption for identified GAPs and business process improvement measures.
- Ensuring system implementation together with near-/offshore team members.
- Sparring partner for the client and project management responsibilities.
- Lead and deliver complex SAP EWM projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and go‑live support.
- Provide expert consulting services to clients on SAP EWM best practices, strategies, and implementation methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP EWM with other SAP modules and systems.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including functional specifications, configuration guides, and training materials.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP EWM systems, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- At least 15 years of experience in this area.
- Big 4 consulting experience required.
- At least 3-5 full project life cycles of work experience in SAP EWM.
- Profound Extended Warehouse Management execution process experience combined with the ability to translate business requirements into system design specifications.
- Experience with S/4
HANA and/or certification. - Preferably experienced in international template rollout projects.
- Experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences.
- Mature interpersonal and influencing skills, especially at senior client levels.
- Committed to advancing the Infosys brand through personal and professional growth.
- Internal talent champion across all sectors; not only directly involved in recruitment, but also in developing sector‑specific skills relative to Infosys’ current service offerings.
- Ability to travel as/when required.
Estimated annual total compensation range: $210,000 – $256,667
