ECommerce Summer Internship

Liberty Furniture Industries is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical eCommerce Intern to support our growing digital and marketplace operations. This internship offers hands-on experience in online merchandising, product content management, and marketplace optimization.

• Assist with managing and researching Wayfair disputes, ensuring timely resolution and documentation
• Support new product uploads across eCommerce platforms, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Help organize and upload kit secondary images to enhance product listings
• Conduct Marketplace PDP (Product Detail Page) content audits, identifying and correcting errors or inconsistencies
• Assist with ongoing content updates and optimization across digital marketplaces
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Customer Service, and Product teams
• Provide general administrative and project support for eCommerce initiatives

Hands-on experience in eCommerce operations and marketplace management, exposure to product data and digital merchandising, and development of analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large sets of data
• Interest in online retail, digital merchandising, or marketplace operations
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel preferred)
