As a Package Consultant 2 in the assigned role, your responsibilities include:

• Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities.
• Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package based on detailed business requirements.
• Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews, and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance.
• Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications.
• Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations comply with security measures and regulatory standards.
• Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer.

• Knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques, along with sector focus.
• Ability to handle end‑to‑end ERP package customization and implementation.
• Skilled at translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks.
• Passion for design and hands‑on coding experience.
• Collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills with cross‑functional teams and client stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Three years of progressive experience in the specialty may substitute for one year of education.
• This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
