IT Consultant, IT Project Manager
Join Crowe’s Service Now Cloud Solutions team as a Senior Implementation Consultant, specializing in Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Security Operations (Sec Ops). You will lead client projects, manage delivery teams, and contribute to business development while serving as a trusted advisor from design through implementation.
Responsibilities- Engage and deploy client projects across Service Now applications (e.g., IRM, Sec Ops, etc.), ensuring high-quality delivery.
- Serve as a client contact for engagements, building trusted relationships and managing expectations.
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable, effective Service Now solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and design sessions with clients to shape solution direction.
- Configure, customize, and extend Service Now applications, overseeing execution by staff-level team members.
- Deliver product demos to prospective clients, showcasing Service Now capabilities and Crowe’s approach.
- Support proposal development, SOW creation, and pre‑sales activities.
- Mentor and train junior staff, supporting their technical and consulting skill growth.
- Contribute to internal best practices, accelerators, and knowledge sharing to enhance delivery quality.
- Collaborate with leadership on thought leadership and practice‑building initiatives.
- 2+ years of direct Service Now implementation experience.
- Ability to independently lead client projects and contribute to business development.
- Strong track record of delivering Service Now solutions that meet client needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client engagements.
- Strong hands‑on experience configuring and implementing Service Now solutions.
- Proficiency with Service Now development (JavaScript, Business Rules, Workflows, UI Policies, etc.).
- Familiarity with Service Now integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) and third‑party tools.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and client‑facing presentation skills.
- Proven ability to lead Service Now delivery projects and guide junior staff.
- Experience with business development activities (demos, proposals, pre‑sales discussions).
- Strong problem‑solving and organizational skills.
- Certifications:
- Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Preferred.
- Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist certifications – Preferred.
- Certified Application Developer (CAD) – a plus.
