The Team Lead for Dev Ops oversees the design, automation, and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure, and deployment processes to ensure efficient software delivery. This role drives scalability, performance, and reliability across cloud and on-prem environments while promoting best practices such as Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Continuous Integration (CI), and Continuous Delivery (CD). In addition to technical expertise, the position requires strong leadership and collaboration skills to mentor team members, partner with cross‑functional teams, and lead initiatives that enhance deployment speed, system stability, and operational excellence.

• Lead enterprise-wide release operations across Azure, Mule Soft, RPA, and Salesforce, ensuring timely and high-quality deployments.
• Govern Salesforce deployments using Copado, enforcing compliance, quality gates, and resolving merge conflicts.
• Coordinate release calendars, environment refreshes, rollback strategies, and risk mitigation for all platforms.
• Manage and optimize production and non‑production environments, including Salesforce sandbox strategy and automated data seeding.
• Implement version control, branching, and tagging strategies in Git‑based repositories (Azure Repos, Bitbucket, Git Hub).
• Design and maintain enterprise CI/CD pipelines in Azure Dev Ops; integrate automated build, test, and deployment processes across platforms.
• Drive infrastructure automation using IaC tools such as Terraform, ARM templates, and Bicep, while enforcing security and quality controls.
• Partner with teams to enhance pipeline performance, lead root‑cause analysis for deployment issues, and implement preventive solutions.
• Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, processes, and troubleshooting; ensure releases meet quality, security, and compliance standards.
• Mentor and coach team members, promote technical growth, and continuously refine release management processes through automation and efficiency improvements.

• 5+ years of experience in IT engineering, with a focus on Dev Ops role.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience leading teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Master’s degree in STEM or Business preferred.
• Proficient with Azure Dev Ops – pipeline creation (YAML/classic), variable groups, service connections, and artifact management. Exposure to API management, integration monitoring, and secrets management (Key Vault, Vault, etc.). Familiarity with security and compliance automation in CI/CD.
• Deployment management experience of Mule Soft Anypoint Platform, Cloud Hub, and Runtime Manager; CI/CD integration will be A+.
• Source Control – Git, Bitbucket, or Azure Repos; strong understanding of branching strategies (Git Flow, trunk‑based).
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC) – Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep.
