** Key Responsibilities
** Drive process improvements and standardization across project management practices
** Qualifications
* * 3+ years of experience in project or program management

Proven experience managing technical projects involving IT systems, business applications, and security initiatives

Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
** Skills & Competencies
** Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities Ability to manage multiple technical projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills

Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Smartsheet) Familiarity with AI tools and Large Language Models (LLMs) (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude) to enhance productivity, automate workflows, generate insights, and support decision-making Ability to identify opportunities to leverage AI/LLM solutions within business processes and project delivery
** Preferred Experience
** Experience working in Technical Business Operations or Enterprise Systems teams
