The E-Commerce & Digital Retail Manager builds and manages the online sales channel for fleet

OS POS hardware and related accessories — developing the digital storefront, optimizing the purchase funnel, and driving direct-to-vendor e-commerce revenue that complements the field sales effort.

• Build and manage the Winixx e-commerce storefront for fleet
  
  OS POS hardware and accessories
• Optimize the online purchase funnel including product pages, checkout flow, and post-purchase communication
• Develop digital marketing campaigns that drive traffic and conversion on the e-commerce platform
• Manage product listings, pricing, and inventory availability on the digital storefront
• Coordinate with operations on order fulfillment, shipping, and returns management
• Analyze e-commerce performance data and continuously optimize for conversion and revenue
• Develop and manage an Amazon or marketplace channel strategy for hardware distribution
• Track and report on e-commerce revenue, conversion rates, and customer acquisition metrics

• 3+ years of e-commerce management or digital retail experience
• Experience managing an online storefront for physical products
• Strong understanding of e-commerce conversion optimization and digital marketing
• Proficiency with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Woo Commerce, or Magento
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central or marketplace distribution is a plus
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret e-commerce performance data
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Experience selling hardware or technology products online is a meaningful advantage
