- Remove impediments and manage risks, dependencies, and blockers across teams and stakeholders
- Participate in Program Increment planning, ART syncs, and Inspect & Adapt workshops to ensure alignment across teams
- Proactively identify, visualise, and resolve cross-team dependencies at ART level
- Drive continuous improvement within the team, improving delivery flow, predictability, and quality. Define and track delivery metrics (flow, predictability, quality) through a data driven approach.
- Ensure strong end-to-end delivery across the software lifecycle from ideation through to production delivery
- Work closely with engineering teams to support Dev Ops practices, CI/CD, and high-quality releases
- Collaborate with shared services (Dev Ops, Cloud Ops, Architecture, Security) to support delivery at scale
- Coach and support teams in Agile, Lean, and modern delivery practices, fostering a high-performing team culture. Partner with Product Owner(s) and Engineering Technical Lead(s) while owning delivery flow.
- Provide clear reporting on progress, risks, and delivery health
- Strong experience as a Delivery Lead, Scrum Master, or Agile Delivery Manager in a software engineering environment
- Experience working in scaled Agile environments
- Solid understanding of the end-to-end software delivery lifecycle
- Strong knowledge of Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban) and delivery fundamentals
- Experience supporting or applying Dev Ops practices and cloud-native delivery models
- Ability to manage dependencies and coordinate delivery across multiple teams
- Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience using tools such as Jira and Confluence for delivery management
- Exposure to AI/ML or data-driven platforms
- Experience leveraging AI to streamline delivery workflows.
- Understanding of Lean thinking and flow-based delivery
