Senior Project Manager

Kforce has a client in Atlanta, GA that is seeking a Senior Project Manager to support a highly visible initiative focused on strengthening problem management practices across enterprise operations. This role is execution-driven and responsible for ensuring recurring issues are resolved, accountability is maintained, and value is clearly tracked and communicated.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead recurring problem management meetings with senior leadership, including VP-level stakeholders

* Track and report on issue resolution, ownership, past-due items, escalations, and business value delivered

* Drive follow-up and execution across multiple teams without direct authority

* Partner with functional leaders to ensure issues are properly logged, prioritized, and resolved

* Maintain consistent communication, transparency, and reporting cadence across stakeholders

* Reduce recurring incidents and improve efficiency through disciplined problem resolution practices

* Establish scalable processes to support future automation and advanced problem identification
* Strong experience in project management, operations, problem management, or similar execution-focused roles

* Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence senior leadership

* Proven ability to lead meetings, drive accountability, and escalate issues as needed

* Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through

* Self-starter with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment

* Experience tracking outcomes, metrics, and business value delivery

Preferred Qualifications:

* Background in problem management, incident management, or operational transformation

* Experience in supply chain, retail, or large enterprise environments

* Exposure to or interest in AI-enabled operations or automation
