Job Title:
Service Now SAM Architect
Location: Atlanta, GA (Remote)
Job Description:
- 10 years of experience in Service Now architecture specializing in IT Asset Management focusing on ITAMHAM and ITAMSAM modules
- Lead the strategic design development and deployment of scalable Service Now IT Asset Management solutions encompassing both Hardware Asset Management HAM and Software Asset Management SAM
- Utilize deep expertise in Service Now architecture to optimize ITAM workflows ensuring seamless integration and high data accuracy across asset management modules
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable technical specifications for ITAMHAM and ITAMSAM implementations
- Oversee the integration of ITAM solutions with broader IT infrastructure and business processes to enhance operational efficiency
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives incorporating the latest Service Now ITAM features industry trends and compliance standards to maintain cutting edge solutions
- Lead endtoend design configuration and deployment of Service Now ITAMHAM and ITAMSAM modules aligned with organizational goals
- Manage the complete lifecycle of hardware and software assets including discovery entitlement management compliance and optimization within Service Now
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to define implement and enforce ITAM policies and procedures
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure data integrity compliance and optimal performance of ITAM systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform and module specific issues to maintain high system availability
- Provide technical leadership mentorship and guidance to senior and junior team members on Service Now ITAM best practices and architectural standards
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation training materials and technical guides supporting ITAM processes and tools
- Participate in cross functional teams to integrate ITAM solutions with broader IT service management and operational frameworks
- Drive innovation and automation initiatives to enhance asset management efficiency and service delivery
