Tek Stream Solutions is seeking an IT Desktop Support Analyst in Atlanta, GA. This onsite role requires candidates to have over 5 years of technology support experience, specifically with Mac and Windows devices. Responsibilities include providing excellent support to customers, troubleshooting devices, and assisting with new hire laptop setups.
Candidates must be available to work Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM ET. A uniform will be required and provided.
