Enterprise B2B SaaS for Industrial Operations

Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid) | Open to Remote in the US for the right candidate

Compensation: $170-190k Base Salary + Commission (2x Base OTE) + Equity

We are one of Atlanta's fastest-growing SaaS startups, building proprietary industrial technology that helps facilities visualize and manage their operations using advanced 3D imaging, digital twins, drone capture, and more. By turning real‑world sites into rich, interactive models, the platform helps teams improve asset management, training, safety, and day-to-day decision-making. Due to growth and demand, we are urgently looking for a sales and revops leaders to join the team!

About

the Role

You will design, build, and scale a high-performance enterprise sales organization from the ground up. This is a true builder role: you’ll create the go-to-market strategy, recruit and develop a top-tier team, and lead complex, consultative deals with industrial enterprises. You won’t just lead sales—you’ll define the revenue trajectory, shape how industrial enterprises adopt 3D imaging and digital twins, and build a category-defining sales organization from the ground up.

What

You’ll Do
  • Build and scale a repeatable enterprise sales engine with strong systems, playbooks, and cadence
  • Hire, coach, and lead top talent; create a team people want to join
  • Own revenue targets across new logos and expansion deals ($400K–$2M+)
  • Run full-cycle enterprise sales; improve pipeline, forecasting, and deal velocity
  • Design and optimize GTM systems (process, Hub Spot, reporting, workflows, AI tools)
  • Bring rigor to forecasting, pipeline inspection, and revenue visibility
  • Partner with CEO and Marketing on GTM strategy, ICP, and demand generation
  • Engage C-suite buyers and translate complex tech into clear ROI
  • Stay ahead of industry trends across AI and industrial technology
  • Build systems that scale beyond individuals and increase seller productivity
Who You Are
  • Builder mindset: strategy + execution, from systems to closing deals
  • Proven enterprise sales leadership in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
  • Strong operator: pipeline health, metrics, forecasting, and GTM infrastructure
  • AI and tech fluency applied to real sales execution
  • Executive presence with the ability to influence up and drive accountability down
What You Bring
  • Proven leadership of quota-carrying enterprise sales teams in B2B tech or industrial SaaS.
  • Demonstrated success building and scaling hunter-led teams, not just inheriting them.
  • A track record closing complex enterprise deals in the $400K–2M+ range.
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills with technical, operational, and C-suite leaders.
  • Consultative, outcome-focused selling style and disciplined CRM/forecast habits.
  • Bonus: experience in industrial tech, IoT, or digital twins, and comfort speaking about AI’s role in operations.
