Advanced Data Analyst
As an Advanced Data Analyst at Honeywell, you will lead a team of analysts and collaborate with sales, marketing, and executive teams to provide data-driven insights that optimize sales performance and guide strategic decisions. You will oversee advanced data analysis, develop predictive models, and offer strategic recommendations to drive business growth.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop data-driven analytics and automation solutions
- Create data visualizations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders
- Identify, design, and implement analytics-driven automation solutions that improve operational efficiency and enable scalable business processes
- Partner with business teams to drive adoption and maximize value from analytics and automation solutions
- Manage third-party vendors and integrate external data sources
- Minimum of 5 years of transferrable experience
- Strong project management skills
- Proven track record of success in sales analytics or related roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (SQL, Power BI, Power Automate, RPA)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, or a related field; master’s degree or MBA preferred
- Strategic thinking and business acumen
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Innovative and eager to learn
