About the RoleThe Recruiting Analytics Insights & Research (RAIR) team is seeking a detail-oriented, mid-career Analyst to act as a strategic consultant for the Recruiting Organization, providing data-informed solutions and actionable recommendations. The role supports and evolves critical self-service dashboards, develops agentic and conversational analytics products for the next generation of Workforce Planning and Recruiting Platforms, and collaborates across Finance, Workforce Planning, IT, and Data Engineering.
Responsibilities- Predictive Modeling:
Build, validate, and deploy predictive analytics models to forecast hiring trends, attrition risks, and talent supply gaps. - ML Integration:
Apply machine learning techniques (regression, classification, or natural language processing) to uncover deeper insights within recruiting and workforce planning datasets. - Data-to-Insight Pipeline:
Translate complex ML model outputs into strategic recommendations and clear data stories for recruiting leadership. - Dashboard Evolution:
Maintain and manage key Tableau dashboards, integrating predictive insights and advanced data models into user-friendly visualization tools. - Process Automation:
Automate manual reporting workflows and pipeline tasks to scale insight delivery. - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with Finance, Workforce Planning, IT, and Data Engineering to align data pipelines and scale the infrastructure required for advanced analytics. - Adapt quickly to changing priorities to ensure timely delivery in a dynamic environment.
- 4+ years of professional experience in data analytics, people analytics, or recruiting analytics with a proven track record of delivering predictive insights.
- Strong foundational knowledge of machine learning concepts and predictive modeling methodologies applied to business or HR challenges.
- Proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation, statistical analysis, and machine learning libraries.
- Strong intermediate SQL skills for querying, data preparation, and pipeline optimization.
- Proven experience designing and maintaining complex Tableau dashboards.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a dynamic environment, with curiosity to upskill in AI, agentic tools, and emerging technical languages.
