Location
Hybrid Position located in Atlanta, Georgia.
PrimaryJob Responsibilities
- (20%) Digital Transformation Support
- Assist in the design, analysis, and implementation of digital initiatives that improve efficiency, customer experience, and operational performance.
- Conduct research and feasibility studies for AI/ML applications and process automation opportunities.
- Support digital strategy execution by gathering data, preparing presentations, and coordinating project activities.
- (35%) Data & AI Analysis
- Gather, clean, and analyze data to support digital initiatives, providing insights that inform design and investment decisions.
- Prepare dashboards, presentations, and reports summarizing project progress, value realization, and best practices.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to prepare datasets and evaluate model performance.
- (35%) Project Delivery
- Contribute to requirements documentation, user acceptance testing, and process validation.
- Track project milestones and support issue resolution and documentation.
- Prepare business cases and post-implementation assessments under supervision.
- (10%) Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with cross-functional teams (IT, Operations, HR, Finance, etc.) to understand digital enablement needs.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and communicate progress updates to stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in digital transformation, business analysis, or AI/automation projects; familiarity with data analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, automation tools (UiPath, Power Automate), and data platforms (SQL, Python, or R preferred).
- Experience with analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Python, SQL).
- Analytical Thinking:
Synthesizes complex information to generate actionable insights. - Digital Acumen:
Demonstrates understanding of digital technologies and their business applications. - Collaboration:
Works effectively across functions and teams. - Curiosity & Learning Agility:
Proactively explores emerging technologies and innovative practices. - Communication:
Articulates complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Understanding of process improvement methodologies (Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma preferred).
